Product introduction:
Solar road stud is one of the road studs, usually installed follow the road marking line, is used for indicating the road direction at night or rainy or foggy days. It is composed of shell , reflector, solar panel, LED and circuit board and so on.
It flash or be steady light at night actively, doesn’t depend on car light, make more longer visible distance, more clear visual feeling to driver, make driving more safe.

Installation introduction
1.Before installation ,you must isolate the working place with road and make sure safety .
2.Determine the location of the installation, Then clean the position . Make sure the installation position dry.
3.Ensure that the location of the installation level off, can not be installed on cracks and uneven road surface.
4.Glue the solar road stud .Ensure enough glue, the road stud bottom and pavement without gap, if there is a gap, the road stud will be easy broken when vehicle go over it .

5. Confirm product type: Without shank or With shank
Without shank
●Ensure the right direction , Paste directly;
●If the glue is too much, it must be clean; Don’t cover the glue on reflector.
●Open the necessary holes with Diameter:25mm , Depth : 55mm;
●Dry the holes with a blowtorch and clean all the structure;
●Pour the glue into the gule ,get to three quarters of the hole;
●Set the market into the hole;
●Ensure the right direction.If the glue is too much, it must be clean; Don’t cover the glue on reflector.
6. Checking within two hours after installation, ensure that all of the road stud no upside, loaded askew.
7. Installation after 6 hours, you can removing isolation facilities.
Notes
● Suggest that this model SRSA2 don’t install in the place that vehicle go over it frequently;
